How this mark was struck
  1. Comparable market$533K

17 of the same trim advertised at around 2,319 mi.

  2. Mileage-3%$516K

4,100 mi against 2,319 mi for the cars it is priced against. This cohort gives up 6.5% of its value each time the odometer doubles.

  3. Specification+18.4%$612K

This car has commissioned paint and 3 sought-after options. Comparable cars mostly do not.

  4. Asking to sale-4.5%$584K

Advertised prices sit above where cars change hands, so the mark is struck below the asks it is drawn from.

  5. Modifications+0.2%$585K

$5,000 of documented aftermarket work. The market pays for the car, not the invoice: the mark allows 20 cents on the dollar, capped at 15% of the mark.

17 cars, model years 2019, asking prices spread ±7%.

Struck from advertised cars and adjusted to this one. Indicative only.
