By continuing you agree to Stradale's Terms: account rules, marketplace conduct, and liability limits.
1. The network
Stradale is an ownership network for collector vehicles. Listings, offers, auctions, and funding tools are services on top of vehicle identity, not a classifieds board. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate identity information when required (including KYC for financing or settlement). You are responsible for activity under your handle. We may suspend accounts that misuse the network, misrepresent provenance, or attempt to circumvent verification.
3. Marketplace conduct
Sellers represent that they have authority to list a vehicle and that material facts (title, mileage, accident history known to them) are not willfully omitted. Buyers agree that offers and proof-of-funds submissions are made in good faith.
4. Payments & third parties
Bank linking is provided via Plaid. Escrow, wires, and financing may involve licensed partners. Stradale is not a bank. Settlement features may be unavailable in your jurisdiction.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Stradale is not liable for indirect damages or for disputes between buyers and sellers once a vehicle has left our control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version shown above; you will be asked to re-accept when signing in or continuing sensitive actions.
